1. Definitions

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the account permanently closed.

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling due to court order, voluntary self-exclusion, or other legal restriction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to register and maintain only one account with gil138. Multiple accounts (duplicates) are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your account must be registered in your own legal name for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, and you may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a gil138 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must create a secure password meeting our minimum requirements.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gil138 is required by law to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal:

• Clear color photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP (National ID Card)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months if requested

Verification typically takes 2-24 hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. You agree to immediately notify gil138 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

gil138 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Any such requests should be reported immediately to our security team.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gil138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited within 3 minutes. You must deposit from a payment account registered in your own name matching your gil138 account name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50.000.000 per day for standard accounts, with higher limits available for VIP tier members. Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (7 AM - 11 PM WIB), though complex cases or large amounts may require up to 24 hours.

All withdrawals are subject to verification checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal. You must wager any deposited amount at least once before withdrawal is permitted (anti-money laundering requirement).

5.3 Fees and Charges

gil138 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripting tools
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for unfair advantage
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to mask your true location
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Abusing customer service staff or other players through harassment or threatening behavior

7.2 Game Integrity

All slot and table games on gil138 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested for fairness. Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios with no possibility of manipulation. Sports betting odds are set by professional traders and adjusted based on market conditions.

While we strive for 100% uptime, technical issues may occasionally occur. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (including football/bandar bola markets), bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. 8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gil138 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, funds, or data due to technical failures, server downtime, or software malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Errors in game results, odds display, or payout calculations (though we will correct such errors when identified)
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues
• Changes to these Terms & Conditions, bonus terms, or platform features

Your use of gil138 services is at your own risk. We provide the platform and games "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your gil138 account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by gil138

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• We determine you are under 21 years of age or have provided false information
• You have multiple accounts or are using someone else's account
• Legal or regulatory authorities require us to do so

Upon suspension or termination, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you (minus any amounts owed to gil138) after completion of investigation, provided the funds were legally obtained and properly deposited. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request voluntary self-exclusion from gil138 for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. To self-exclude, contact our customer support team. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and you will not receive promotional communications. We will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts, but you are ultimately responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures. 9.3 Account Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining real money balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. By using gil138, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved through the following process:
